Mainly used for clothing industry fabric laminating especially suitable for thin fabric laminating.

Feature

Use the powder point transfer of technology, transfer of hot melt powder adhesive evenly to the lining, after backing, then with the fabric heat laminating, the melt glue to the fabric into a certain depth, so that the two layers of fabric adhesive together, the use of different hot melt powder, it can make the laminating material to obtain well handle feeling, washable, sand washing, dry cleaning advantages, or have the aforementioned advantages at the same time.

Hot Melt Powder

Process flow: unwinding → powder sprinkling → heating and baking melting → composite → winding

1. Adopt inlet temperature control system to ensure constant drying temperature, temperature difference is less than ±2℃, to ensure stable door width of products;

2. The use of special heating system, heating fast, to ensure the hot melt effect is stable;

3. The use of energy-saving heat preservation oven, so that the temperature is not easy to lose;

4. Mixing and vibration system of powder sprinkling head ensures uniform powder sprinkling on material surface;

5. The transmission adopts frequency conversion synchronous control system, to ensure the speed and powder synchronization, so that the powder quantity control uniform and stable.

6. Mechanical width according to the material width to customize.

7.  Cooling mode: water cooling or air cooling can be used.
